👋 Thank you so very much for stopping by.. I welcome you to my web presence. I am working on being more open and honest about my life and personal journey without too many details. I am not a detail person.. plus It is hard for me to share my life experience. As you can see, along the way I am creating a website and sharing before I finish editing. My reason for sharing before editing, is that the real world tries to edit everything and make sense of why things go awry. Editing is just one aspect for mastering. From a young age I always knew there will never be one way to accomplish most tasksl. So, I decided, you can see my mistakes, my imperfect writing.
Because of Covid19 and the way our world is changing, I have a hard time grasping what to do next. I am stumped at times and wish I could just sleep it off. The truth is, I don't like not being productive. If I think what I am doing isn't creating enough energy around it, I will dump the situation and find something else interesting. Editing is interesting and I think should be shared with our world at large, why you ask, because it is not normal to think we can do it all, and be successful at everything we do, and for every word that is written or comes out of our mouths to be understood. Try understanding what is truly happening in many sectors of the world around us, it is unbelievable the amount of change. The consistent and ongoing differences between us and around us can be alarming. Let's just try lifting each other up. A Quick "Hi", "How Are You?", or friendly gesture is not commonplace like it could be, I try being a little more concerned about others, as much as I am thinking about myself, and I try to do my best with sharing important information and resources..
I have so many ideas, keeping up with them is frustrating. I went through such a horrible divorce in 2018, so many people said to me, just move on, get it together, stop thinking about it. Well, well, well. My therapist knew exactly what was happening and said "there is noooooo way you can stop thinking about this, your situation is not right and you need a long, long time to finish the outcome of your divorce, and you will need ample time to find your way back, and btw, most people don't make it out of the situation you are in, most give up, not only that, you need to figure out your new normal". (And this came from a therapist that was working mostly with very little pay) Nobody knows what is going on with one individual, you can speculate, but you are probably wrong (this is my opinion, not a fact). Deep inside all of us is a certain amount of fear and no one can call you out and know why you have to experience your own life on your own terms. Choices we make along the way, I'm told, are to heal the wounds from life's journey that is usually unspoken, and that process my friends, is a lot of work..never ending and it is ok to stop, not listen to what others say to you, and for you to dig deep down inside and figure out what is best for you. With that said, you are allowed to quit a relationship, stop talking to certain people and allow only people that are easy to be around into your inner circle, whether that is 1 person or many. You are also allowed to relax, and enjoy yourself, whether that is with a cup of coffee or tea or with a good book.. take a bath, stare at the TV and don't feel guilty about it. If someone wants you to make them something to eat and you don't feel like it, lock yourself in your bedroom with a good book or your cell phone and just yell out "I'm busy, I'll see you in about 2 hours"..do it, try it out! Then tell me how that went for you.. I would love to hear from you. love, peace and solidarity my friends!
When I have time to myself, I find myself wanting to write poems, that tell my story, I have written many, especially during trying times. I have not shared these poems, but I am thinking about the best way to put them out there... they are personal, again, sharing them will be truly opening up my inner world.
My best days are spent creating beautiful items that sparkle and enhance our moods just by looking at them. Art and Design is a huge part of our society and is a blessing to creatives that find their way into making their passion a full time and income producing business. Not an easy task. There are many aspects that are very time consuming, and tedious, that must be done to get the items out there into the world. So my mission is to put awareness out there, if you love a piece of work from an artist, buy it if you can afford it! You don't know if that one sale is going to make that person's last bill or make them wealthier than you., unless of course that information is shared with you.
All I know is, I am continuing on this adventure, I love the process of designing, creating, writing, building a brand, and learning new technologies to enhance my exposure. The aspect of experiencing life and art to help me think outside the box, which I have always done. I remember from a very young age, being incredibly affected by cool attire, one morning, crying to my father, I was about 4 or 5 years old, my long socks were supposed to be White, they were washed and the color was no longer stark white and the socks no longer matched my dress. I had risen early to dress myself, I wanted to look pretty for my day at school. I wore Big, Thick, Bifocal Eyeglasses, they made me feel self conscious.. some kids didn't care that I wore them, others teased and bullied me. I was crying that morning because my outfit was ruined. Putting on an adorable dress with matching socks was one thing I could control, and at this very moment, I lost out and could not imagine not being able to wear the outfit. I was raised around design and beautiful jewelry and accessories, I believe this is why I am literally drawn to this glorious and ingenious, clever, lifestyle, however you want to describe it, creating is my inner calling.
